Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery
Delivery times may vary based on location, order volume, and product availability. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
1.2 International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping fees for international orders will vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees applicable to their country.
1.3 Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
Certain heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping fees.
Hazardous materials and restricted items may have specific shipping guidelines.
2. Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
2.1 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
Free from damage, stains, or signs of use
Non-returnable items include:
Personalized or custom-made items
Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale”
Perishable goods (e.g., nutritional products, supplements)
Undergarments, swimwear, and socks due to hygiene concerns
2.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:

Package the items securely, including the original packing slip and RMA number.
Ship the package to the return address provided by our Customer Support Team.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as PlayTorque is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
If the item was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a store credit.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
5. Warranty Information
Select products, such as sporting equipment and electronics, come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods and terms vary by product. Please consult the product page or contact our Customer Support Team for specific warranty information.
6. Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns of oversized or bulk items.
No restocking fees for regular items returned within the 30-day return window.
